Welcome to Phillip Grove Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Georgia!
First Lady Andrea and I are honored and elated that you decided to visit our church’s website. This website was designed with you in mind. As you explore our website, I hope you will discover the many ways our church family is seeking to grow spiritually as well as the many ways we are seeking to share God’s love in our community.
Here at Phillip Grove, each of us has different spiritual gifts and different ministry callings, different personalities, different life experiences, different likes and dislikes — and yet, it is through those very differences that God enables us to worship and to serve Him together in many wonderfully different ways. As a dedicated and committed body of believers, we are striving every day to become more like Jesus Christ. We do this by studying and following Scripture. By loving God with all our hearts, minds, souls, and strength. By loving people no matter who they are. And by serving our world through the power of The Holy Spirit. This brings and keeps us together with a united purpose, strength, and unspeakable joy.
We invite you to join us: for worship, for a study group, in one of our many youth group activities, our Senior Saints support group, or for one of the many activities or special services that we offer. We have an active women’s Bible study group, a powerful Prayer Warrior ministry, as well as one of the largest youth ministries in Burke County.
We are a multicultural and multigenerational church in the heart of Waynesboro, GA. No matter your race or age, living in or visiting the CSRA, you are welcome here with open arms. You’ll find something here for you whether you are 9 months old or 90 years old!!
